[INTERVIEW] Creating psychologically safe spaces w/ Stephanie Russell
Feb 23, 2023 Episode 122
Jess Clerke

Today we're chatting about the beauty industry, confidence and psychologically safe services with Stephanie Russell.

Stephanie is a hairstylist turned psychological safety coach. This seemingly random career change unveiled itself naturally as her path in life led her to have to recover from low self-esteem, burn-out and a mental illness diagnosis. Having experienced psychologically unsafe and toxic relationships at home and work, sheโ€™s on a mission to help people prioritize well-being and learn to reduce the fear within themselves and how they interact with others. She has developed a program for service-based small businesses (salons, spas, massage therapy, etc.) to help them create an environment where they thrive personally and professionally through a psychologically safe culture.
