Hello, hello and welcome to day seven of the 12 Days of Confidence. I can't believe it's been a whole week that we've been hanging out every single day and I am loving it. I am feeling so inspired to sit down on this mic and to hang out with you and to give you some tips to help you feel more confident this holiday season. You are going to hear my cat crying in here. Okay, he hates closed doors, so it's either he cries on the outside of the door or the inside of the door, and so I'm just rolling with it today. Can you bear with this cat? It's been a few days of just like everyone being home and like I mean everyone is here all the time, and I am just taking my deep breath having a few minutes locking myself in the office to sit down and record a few of these episodes for you. But it can be a lot and maybe you're feeling that too this season like even when you lock yourself in your bedroom or you take a shower and you just want to like be alone for a little bit, it can be really hard when everyone's around. So I wanted to give you a few tips today to raise your vibration this season and really just step into that like more joyful and more positive energy that we can have. And that doesn't mean hard things aren't going to happen or that we can like totally shut out all the negativity or noise this holiday season. I want you to take some time for you, like we've been talking about, but sometimes it's just a matter of like getting out of that grumpy funk and stepping into a higher vibration, stepping into that good energy that you have been wanting and dreaming of all year round. And Christmas magic is a real freaking thing. We know that so like, why can't we tap into it right? Sometimes, when things are feeling a little hard, it's hard to tap into it. So why don't you take a little second right now, take a deep breath in, let it out and be here with me right now Just for a little bit? These are short little episodes so that we can hang out together and take a minute to just do something for ourselves, because we deserve Christmas magic too.

And I wanted to talk about four ways to raise your vibration this holiday season, and I think they're really simple ways that you can add it into your day just to kind of sprinkle a little bit of joy, and even if you were to just think back a couple of days ago, when you wrote down all the things that bring you joy this season, the things you want to be present in and how you want to show up for the holidays, you can look at some of those things and sprinkle them into this list as well, because that makes a big difference. We all have different ways of finding our joy, of accessing our joy and really stepping into that confidence, knowing what it is that you need right now. But I'm going to give you a few things that really do help, like all year round, not even just at the holidays all year round help you to raise your vibration. And the first one is music. Oh man, the power of music and actually being in that vibration of music makes a really big impact on our mood. So this could be holiday music. Maybe there's a playlist, a holiday playlist that you enjoy. It can also be like your hip hop jams that you love to dance to, or the selfish sisterhood playlist, which is freaking good. You can use one of these ways to just raise your vibration and raise your mood with some really good, uplifting music. Put on your fave song in the car or while you're taking a shower, whenever you have just like a few minutes, couple songs, that's all you have to do, but it is gonna boost your mood and you are gonna feel better. Okay, it just is. It just something about. It is magical.

I also really love to play frequencies. My husband does not like them, but I love to play different frequencies in the morning for you know, for abundance, or for my energy, or for just like positive thoughts, all these different things. And if you're like I don't know what you're talking about, just go into YouTube and you can put in like sound baths or you can put in like Frequencies, and just some calming sounds will come up and they just really help me to boost my morning, to feel more productive. They have no words, it's just a frequency and I really enjoy them.

The second thing I have on my list is movement, and maybe you're thinking just I ain't got no time for movement right now. It's so busy, and I hear you. Okay, I am right there with you. It is such a crazy busy season, but you can take 10 minutes to do some yoga or one minute to do some you know dance to the song. Whatever it is for you. You can find a little pocket for some movement, like it can even be in your bed before you get out of bed or when you're going to sleep. There is yoga that you can literally do from your bed, or some Pilates or Take a walk around the block. For me, taking the dog out and just like getting some fresh air and a little bit of movement has been like huge for my mood all day long.

Getting that sunlight, when it's so limited right now, is Really really important. So I want you to make sure you're getting some movement in. And I did add nature on the list as a bonus because I know it can be hard that's dark really early and dark really late, and it's just you know we are hardly getting enough sun this time of year. But if you can get out on your lunch break and just kind of like I always feel so weird, my says but it works Go, touch a tree. Go touch a tree or put your hands on the ground and just like really feel connected with nature, because it does make a big difference and you might not notice it right away, but this does raise your vibration every single day, like we are so connected with nature and I feel really nerdy as I say it, but it's really powerful. So if you're feeling grumpy or you're not feeling that holiday joy, even your Christmas tree in your house if you have a real tree they can go touch the tree, smell the tree and really just get connected with nature a little bit more. 100% will raise your vibration.

And the last one I have on my list today is gratitude. When we are living in the lack all the things we don't have all the time we don't have all the energy, we don't have all of the you know money we don't have when we are living in that lack, it really lowers our vibration a lot and I know this year and this season has been hard. But I want you to focus on the things you do. Have a roof over your head, you know headphones or a phone to even listen to this podcast on. Maybe it's your job or your family or Just the simplest little thing of food on the table today. These little pieces of gratitude will raise your vibration so much. Shifting away from all the things we don't have and noticing the things that we do have Will like create a tremendous impact on your mood.

So when you have a little bit of time today. I'd love for you to just like write out ten things that you're grateful for Right now. Maybe it's that you're here and that you're connected with me, that we're friends and that we can hang out and drink our peppermint mochas Together right now, or maybe it's the work that you get to do every single day, or that you're gonna get holiday break soon. Whatever it is that you want to put on that list, focus on the things that you do have and not on the things that you don't right now, and that's really gonna shift that vibration today, like instantly. And I want you to know that I am Extra grateful for you because if it wasn't for you here listening to this right now and I'm really emotional to think about it I wouldn't be living the life that I'm living. So I want to thank you for being a part of this. I want to thank you for making time for your confidence and for your journey, because you deserve it. And I'm just so Extra proud of you for taking this time because you deserve Christmas magic too.
